Stewardship Officer

Stewardship Officer is expected to deliver the highest level of donor experience by ensuring the consistent provision of professional with donor-focused service function. This role will support Resource Development teams to maintain donor relationships with the goal to continuously improving donors experiences and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and reminding documents from Resource Development Team related to Project Information making. 
  • Creating Project Information for all collaborating donors with HFHI. 
  • Coordinating with field team to ensure project-related matters to be carried out.   
  • Tracking pipelines and monitoring by reminding progress daily, weekly, monthly. 
  • Preparing reports and documents handling. 
  • Send request and invoice copy to donors.  
  • Creating reminders and reminding PO regarding the report schedule that must be sent to donors. 
  • Creating reminders regarding collection of donations to long-term donors who have specific terms for transferring donations. 
  • Creating Portal List Report Request. 
  • Updating Salesforce Application for used by Resource Development Team. 
  • Supporting Habitat Young Leaders Build (HYLB) Training provided by Center for Creative Leadership. 
  • Input data to Teams Application. 
  • Monitoring Project Journey. 
  • Other duties consistent with the overall focus of HFHI as assigned by the supervisor. 

Job Requirement

  • Good administration skill and well organized. 
  • Minimum diploma in any major. 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration field.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (FOI)

Habitat for Humanity Indonesia calling applicant who motivated to supports fundraising efforts for Habitat for Humanity Indonesia under the guidance of the Program Development Manager. The role involves identifying funding opportunities, supporting strategic positioning, and coordinating FOI activities with internal and external stakeholders. The officer also collaborates with the global FOI team to ensure high standards in fundraising operations and maintains systems aligned with HFHI’s global protocols to enable successful FOI fundraising in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

Donor Mapping and Acquisition

  • To actively contribute to developing relations internally and externally, support developing the Indonesia FOI pipeline, targets, and forecasts (70% of time).
  • Support the Program Development Manager in coordinating a collaborative process with HFH colleagues on FOI activity including pre-positioning, forecasting, Go/No Go, proposal development processes and the review of proposals.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities through forecasts and market intelligence to help achieve HFH Indonesia objectives.
  • Identify and nurture partnerships with INGos/NGOs/For Profit entities who can help HFH Indonesia access new funding streams.
  • Develop and manage an active relationship with FOI donors and other platforms to gather intelligence on institutional funding opportunities.
  • Prepare briefings and other informational materials that support the HFH Indonesia and HFHI leadership with FOI engagement as needed.
  • Build and maintain effective FOI relations domestically and regionally with guidance from the GFOI.
  • To contribute to developing and training staff on FOI tools for effective fundraising (20% of time)
  • Contribute to the Asia Pacific Area Office in implementing the design of relevant FOI tools and training and advice to the HFHI network to encourage FOI champions.
  • Support the effective stewardship of awards in partnership with Chief Finance Officer and guidance from the SMT and the AP GFOI.
  • Monitor the execution of the donor strategies implemented in close collaboration with internal HFHI/HFH Indonesia colleagues.

Program Design

  • Support Sector Specialists/SMEs to develop programs, including impact logic (theory of change) and monitory and evaluation methodology.
  • Support the National Office staff in the development of fundraising plans focused on FOI and corporate foundations and help NOs move towards revenue sustainability.

Proposal Writing

  • Develop FOI grant applications and proposals which meet current policy requirements and recommend for approval to the program leadership at the AO, NO and or Global Funding Network (GFN).
  • Coordinate and engage SMEs/Sector Specialists at all levels on proposal development from the perspective of Habitat’s strategic plan.

Donor reporting

  • Coordination to ensure high-value donor experience in alignment of programmatic innovation and implementation challenges in shelter sector, best practices and community priorities.
  • Support design and delivery of workshops regarding new program implementation approaches and strategies such as market mapping, housing market development or HSS in the country in which these approaches are promoted.

Grant Management

  • Conduct field visits with donors and accompany key donor volunteer teams to support successful implementation and enhance donor experience.
  • Weekly and quarterly reporting as well as updating of donor pipeline.
  • Monitoring grant projects on budget, achievement, and timeline.

Development

  • Facilitate capacity building for national office staff for development of effective story development on holistic development.
  • Generate new project models with specialists/SMEs based on FOI trends.

Partnership

  • Engage other NGOs/ CSOs/ other institutions in project development for comprehensive interventions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development, Global Affairs or International Policy and Relations or related degree.
  • Have 3-5 years’ experience of Proven FOI Partnership/Fundraising.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in transformational development, Advocacy, DR program or grant management.

RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT Director

Yayasan Habitat Kemanusiaan Indonesia calling applicant who motivated to working in – The Director of Resource Development (RD) is responsible for crafting and executing a fundraising strategy which support Habitat Indonesia’s strategic plan, program priorities, and to deliver on the organizational mission and impact targets. Manage the donor portfolio, drive revenue growth, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership – As a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), provide inputs and contribute to the overall strategy, plans and programs of Habitat for Humanity Indonesia. Work closely with the National Director, and (Sr.) Director, Programs to ensure close alignment between RD and Programs, and a program-driven approach to fundraising; Engage the National Board of Directors.
  • Fundraising strategy – Implement a diversified fundraising strategy collaborating with Programs and other key stakeholders and working across funding channels: high-net worth (philanthropic) sources, foundations and institutional (FOI) funding, private sector, and multi-national corporations (MNCs); Implement innovative approaches (e.g. digital) and funding models that deliver a return on investment (ROI).
  • Team leadership – Build, develop and lead the RD team, overseeing annual revenue quotas across funding channels, including corporations, individual/major gifts, and FOI; Maintain the fundraising pipeline/portfolio in line with annual targets. Provide guidance and oversight to fundraising events and initiatives.
  • Relationship management – Act as the key focal point for donors and partners, focusing on cultivating and managing relationships with priority donors and supporters. This includes engaging with MNCs coordinating with AP RD/Programs teams; Identify and evaluate potential donors to expand the donor base.
  • Collaboration with global/regional teams – Collaborate with the global foundation, organization, and institutional fundraising (GFOI) team to develop a pipeline of funding opportunities, solicited and unsolicited; Coordinate and collaborate with the regional AP RD team and with AP Programs, and with the Global Communications Team to develop communications and marketing strategies and material.
  • Proposal development – Coordinate development and submission of major funding proposals, taking a hands-on flagship, high value proposals. Take the lead on unsolicited funding opportunities, working with Programs to develop and pitch multi-donor funded projects, e.g. institutional and private sector funded. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors.
  • People/resource/budget management – Cultivate and nurture talent within the RD department. Offer coaching and guidance in areas such as strategy development, donor mapping and engagement, budgeting, planning and reporting; Take responsibility for the financial planning and oversight of the RD department budget.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, International Development, or related course; Masters preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in fundraising / business development / resource mobilization, working with leading international non-profits and/or for-profit international development firms or consultancies.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience leading a fundraising team. Experience in Asia and the Pacific preferred.
  • Proven and demonstrable track record of fundraising success (USD 10 million+), with foundations, institutional donors, private sector/corporations, individual / major gifts (HNWIs).
  • Network with institutional and corporate donors preferred.

HR Director

Habitat for Humanity (HFH)Indonesia is looking for an experienced senior leader to oversee human resources strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational culture. These roles involve partnering with senior leadership, developing HR initiatives for growth, and managing regional or company-wide HR operations. This position is based in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be offered an initial contract of 1 year that is subject to renewal depending on the availability of the funds.

.“The  Director, Human Resources” will be responsible for driving the talent agenda, executing people initiatives, advising the national office leader on people and organizational issues, working collaborative with HFH Indonesia people of expertise, and driving organizational effectiveness and improvements. The  Director, Human Resources must have a Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Org Psychology, or Labor and Employment Relations with a minimum of 7 years in an HR/LOD function with 4 years management experience encompassing the following:
