Stewardship Officer
Stewardship Officer is expected to deliver the highest level of donor experience by ensuring the consistent provision of professional with donor-focused service function. This role will support Resource Development teams to maintain donor relationships with the goal to continuously improving donors experiences and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and reminding documents from Resource Development Team related to Project Information making.
- Creating Project Information for all collaborating donors with HFHI.
- Coordinating with field team to ensure project-related matters to be carried out.
- Tracking pipelines and monitoring by reminding progress daily, weekly, monthly.
- Preparing reports and documents handling.
- Send request and invoice copy to donors.
- Creating reminders and reminding PO regarding the report schedule that must be sent to donors.
- Creating reminders regarding collection of donations to long-term donors who have specific terms for transferring donations.
- Creating Portal List Report Request.
- Updating Salesforce Application for used by Resource Development Team.
- Supporting Habitat Young Leaders Build (HYLB) Training provided by Center for Creative Leadership.
- Input data to Teams Application.
- Monitoring Project Journey.
- Other duties consistent with the overall focus of HFHI as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Good administration skill and well organized.
- Minimum diploma in any major.
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration field.
- Good communication in English (oral and written).
- Good at PowerPoint, Excel.
- Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
