Yayasan Habitat Kemanusiaan Indonesia is looking for motivated applicants to manage all project staff in the field. and able to Manage projects to achieve their goals such as projects, human resources, and equipment assets in the Habitat for Humanity Indonesia project area.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Contributing to project detail planning in specific mapping need, appropriate solution, and required resource (budget, time, staff) – include Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) & Detailed Budget.
  2. Interpret and explain plans to all staff in the project.
  3. Monitor and evaluate projects activities and determine cost effectiveness of project based on approved proposal & compliance with standards (building codes, finance manual, audit).
  4. Monitor all expenses of the Project and propose updated program interventions as needed.
  5. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with standards (building codes, finance manual, audit) policies. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and compliance evidence.
  6. Coordinating daily activity in project including office requirements, daily staff activities, etc.
  7. Collaborate with related departments in terms of Fundraising and Volunteer in their project location.
  8. Prepare monthly, mid-term, and final project reports to the supervisor related to the development of projects handled.
  9. Contributing to preparation project report (mid, final, specific) prepared by Program Officer unit.
  10. Analyzing and making recommendations to supervisors for developing project areas in any aspect (new area, staffing, advocacy to government & related stakeholders, potential donors, etc.).
  11. Design and deliver training programs for community development.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Strategic Alliance, Resource Development).
  13. Engage external stakeholders (local government, vendors, donors, community partners).
  14. Support Volunteer activities.
  15. As a Feedback and Response Mechanism focal point in their project area.
Job Requirement:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in related fields, graduated from Civil Engineering, Environment Engineering or Social fields.
  2. Exposure and direct experience in NGO, especially working in for construction engineering or architecture.
  3. at least 2 years’ leadership experience as a coordinator project of build decent houses.
  4. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Basic oral and written communication skills in English and good working knowledge of local language.
  6. Good English in written and conversation
  7. Domicile in Yogyakarta, Gunung Kidul area.

Competency & Skills:

  1. Ability to develop detailed project plans, including Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) and Detailed Budget.
  2. Competence in monitoring and evaluating project activities for cost-effectiveness and compliance with standards (building codes, finance manual, audits).
  3. Monitor project expenses and propose adjustments as needed
  4. Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
  5. Good Leadership communication and reporting skill.
