Individual Giving Manager
Habitat for Humanity Indonesia is part of Habitat for Humanity International, a global nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring everyone has a decent place to live. Established in 1997 and headquartered in Jakarta, it has supported over 182,500 families in Indonesia, contributing to housing, community development, providing clean water, improving sanitation systems, and constructing schools. Habitat Indonesia collaborates with families in need, who partner in building or improving their homes alongside volunteers and through affordable mortgage programs. Role Description
As an Individual Giving Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing fundraising strategies targeting individual donors. Your daily tasks will include cultivating relationships with current and potential donors, creating personalized communication strategies, and overseeing donor engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful campaigns and analyze fundraising data to optimize strategies. This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Qualifications:
• Strong experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, and relationship management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning, campaign execution, and data analysis
• Knowledge of digital marketing and donor engagement tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet fundraising targets
• Proven track record in securing individual donations and growing donor bases
• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with CRM tools and knowledge in nonprofit operations is an advantage
• Passion for community development and alignment with Habitat for Humanity’s mission and values
