Location: DKI Jakarta

Job Description :
  • Manage day to day activity of Habitat for Humanity Indonesia Program Development Unit team and its pipeline.
  • Develop capacity building strategy to improve organization skill and capability on program and project management.
  • Liaise with technical in-house and external experts and collaborators (Habitat for humanity Indonesia and Habitat for Humanity International) in proposal development.
  • Conduct social mapping and needs assessment (desk and field research) on program/project initiative and new project areas.
  • Generate and review program/project proposals to potential donors.
  • Control project performance and compliance (project monitoring) to the agreed standards and provide corrective action plans against significant deviations.
  • Generate and review program/project reports to the donors.
  • Periodically provide program knowledge / database / program and project catalog to the fundraisers.
  • Other activities to support the Operations Department
Qualifications and requirements: :
    1. A bachelor degree in social sciences or any other related fields.
    2. Proven experience (min 6 years) in humanitarian and/or development works, especially in program development and project management.
    3. Proven experience in leadership role (managing a team) for at least two years.
    4. Ability to generate and review technical proposals (including desk research, field assessment, data analysis, logical framework development, ToC (Theory Of Change), content writing, and budgeting).
    5. Familiarity with humanitarian works, disaster response and risk reduction, climate adaptation.
    6. Familiarity with CSR programming, ESG, PROPER, and/or other compliances.
    7. Cross cultural sensitivity, showing respect to different cultural norms and adaptable to different cultural contexts.
    8. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    9. Good skill in personal computer operation – Word processing, PowerPoint, Excel. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
    10. Willingness to travel (25%) to Habitat Indonesia’s sites.
